Pre School

We provide care and education for young children between the ages of two years and five years.

Children are able to play freely whilst being supervised and encouraged by staff. Activities range from role play, Reading, painting, colouring to sand & water. Weather permitting we have outdoor play in our garden. As part of our planning children are encouraged to make independent choices as to what toys they would like out as well as being offered a structured activity.

We are in receipt of nursery education funding for three and four year olds, where funding is not received then fees apply. Please contact us for current prices and availability of spaces.

We are registered with Ofsted for 26 children per session. Our Ofsted Registration Number is: 402132 All staff has a criminal record check carried out on a regular basis.

As well as gaining qualifications in early years care and education, the setting staff take part in further training to help them to keep up to date with thinking about early years care and education.

The setting's policies help us to make sure that the service provided by the setting is a high quality one and that being a member of the setting is an enjoyable and beneficial experience for each child and her/his parents. Spring lodge holiday club

We also run a holiday club during the school holidays. Activities avaliable include face painting, art and crafts, quiet areas,dancing and music, games and outdoor play. The children are free to play with their own choice of activities and toys. There will also be adult led activities if they wish to participate in these. There is access to plugs if they wish to bring in hand held computers (equipment is here at your own risk).

Age Group: 2 - 11 years under 3 years a maximum of 3 hours applies
Session times: Morning 8.00am - 11.00am, Lunchtime 11.00am - 2.00pm, Evening 2.00pm - 5.00pm

During the morning and evening sessions a drink and biscuit will be provided. A vending machine is available which contains sweets, crisps and fizzy drinks.
Prices: 1 Session £8.00, 2 consecutive sessions £15.00, All day £25.00
An hourly rate of £3.00 applies if you wish to use the service for under 3 hours.
